How do I open progress-bar form filling at the same time in vb.net?

I want to open a form that it is a long time to load. I want to be load at the same time form a progress-bar from zero to 100, with the completion of the form is completed and open. While it initially loaded code runs and then progress-bar from zero to 100 form is completed and opens the form.
